Dubai Courts has completed its preparations for the Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition (DIGAE) 2016, to be held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, from 11 – 13 April 2016 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
As part of its quest for excellence and providing integrated services for customers, Dubai Courts will unveil a number of smart and innovative services. The participation in DIGAE is aimed at exchanging experiences with international government agencies, and communicating with its customers to provide intelligent and interactive legal and judicial services. The participation also seeks to explore ways to promote integration of services with other government entities in Dubai, for the benefit of the end-user.
HE Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director-General of Dubai Courts said the participation in DIGAE comes in line with the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to provide high quality and distinctive government services to customers in Dubai. “Our focus this year during DIGAE will be the smart transformation, integration with other government authorities, ease of the customers transaction, exchange experiences with international participants, review customer feedback, and measure levels of satisfaction,” added HE Al Mansouri.
“Dubai Courts steps confidently to raise competition levels, by making all possible smart services available. We see the DIGAE as a one-of-a-kind strategic global platform to exchange best practices and most successful government experiences in Dubai, which have become a role model of excellence in the government work locally, regionally and internationally,” added HE Al Mansouri.
Dubai Courts is gearing for fruitful year, with plans to unveil new updates that will facilitate the life of Dubai community and visitors. HE Al Mansouri said Dubai Courts seeks to strengthen its partnerships with many government departments in Dubai to provide innovative services and enhance their satisfaction levels.
“At Dubai Courts, pursuing innovation is daily and well established practice,” explained HE Al Mansouri. “This comes in response to the directive of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to take the UAE to the advanced ranking in innovation globally. Dubai Courts will use DIGAE to stimulate creative ideas for raising the quality of judicial and legal services.”
The 2016 DIGAE edition has attained the status of the official Government to Citizen / Residents forum on innovation and happiness, featuring an open dialogue between the public sector officials and members of the public on the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of all public services. The DIGAE conference for thought leadership will drive an international debate on public sector excellence and Dubai Smart Governance model. Under the DIGAE Smart-Lab initiative aimed at involving students in the government excellence process, students in the UAE have been invited to submit their technology-focused inventions, which will be later adopted by government authorities.
