The Leadership Council for Institutional Development and Creativity at Dubai Courts held its regular meeting, chaired by His Excellency Prof. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts. This, it stated, was crucial for streamlining judicial processes, improving operational quality, enhancing workplace efficiency, and ensuring user satisfaction. The council also commended the effective community initiatives launched by the Dubai Courts, notably 'Goodwill Courts,' which reflects the Courts' commitment to providing legal aid to those in need. Another highlighted initiative was 'Facilitating Services for the Affairs of the Deceased,' which helps streamline procedures and offers essential support to bereaved families.
In further detail, the council reviewed the final preparations for the launch of a new Judicial Operations and Control Room. The facility is designed to improve the efficiency of case tracking and ensure swift resolutions, thereby enhancing both the user experience and the overall effectiveness of the judicial system.
His Excellency Al Suwaidi approved the updated framework for the 'Goodwill Courts' service, endorsing new enhancements designed to improve its efficiency and expand its reach to more beneficiaries. The move is consistent with Dubai Courts' commitment to social responsibility and the provision of sustainable, high-quality services.
In a related development, the meeting addressed the 'Facilitating Services for the Affairs of the Deceased' project. The council reviewed the the Courts' contributions to the second phase of the initiative, which is regarded as a leading national effort to support bereaved families and streamline related procedures.
Furthermore, the council reviewed the preliminary results of the 'Appointed Expert' model and discussed the progress achieved. The model is designed to improve case management efficiency as part of the Courts' commitment to accelerating judgments, enhancing the quality of technical reports, and adopting innovative solutions in support of swift justice.
