wasl Develops ‘Customer Happiness Centres’

wasl properties, the leading real estate management company, a subsidiary of wasl Asset Management Group, have announced that all of its Dubai customer service centres have become ‘Customer Happiness Centres’. The new initiative is in line with the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to transform Dubai into the happiest city in the world.

Zainab Mohammed, Chief Property Management & Marketing Officer at wasl properties said: “Our customers are the main focus for all wasl’s operations and activities, and their satisfaction and comfort is an absolute priority. We believe that endowing these service centres with the ‘Customer Happiness Centre’ label will inspire similar success to that already accomplished by wasl in the for our customers, and is a true reflection of the quality of services that we provide.”

This change also saw wasl’s customer service representatives renamed as ‘Customer Happiness Agents’, as wasl became the first real estate company to carry out this change across all of its centres, which adds to an already extensive list of pioneering initiatives that wasl have undertaken.

“Our innovations are inspired by the directives of His Highness, which recently saw a major overhaul of the UAE’s federal government structure, introducing the new post of Minister of State for Happiness. Our aim at wasl is to take innovative actions to provide our services in a way that ensures happiness to all of our customers.” Added Zainab.
