Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) has proudly announced the winning of Lamees Mahmoud Saleh, Licencing Support Coordinator, RAK FTZ, for her dedication to service excellence at the prestigious Service Olympian Awards programme.
Ms Saleh has won the “Best Employee Customer Experience Delivery” category, which aims to honour the outstanding individual who has been able to deliver an efficient and pleasing experience to customers. She was awarded a certificate during the Service Olympian Awards 2015 ceremony dinner held at the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai.
“RAK FTZ is very proud of Ms Saleh and her achievement. This recognition is a great source of pride to RAK FTZ as it reflects the efficient customer service experience we demonstrate at the free zone,” said Imran Cheema, Director of Client Relations, RAK FTZ. “Client satisfaction has always been one of our top priorities in the free zone. The Service Olympian Awards was developed by Ethos Integrated Solutions to recognise the best public and private organisations as well as individuals in the field of customer service. Winners of the award programme underwent a series of rigorous evaluations by international judges, which include Philip Forrest, President of The International Customer Service Institute; Robert Keay, CEO, Ethos Integrated Solutions; Dr Alaa Garad, Chairman, University of Salford UAE; and Professor Adré Schreuder, Founder of Consulta Research.
