Robert Allum, Chef de Cuisine Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas New Chef de Cuisine at the award winning The Park Bar & Grill.

Robert Allum has recently been appointed chef de Cuisine at Park Grill. He is a part of the Hyatt family and has transferred from the Grand Hyatt Dubai`s famous award-winning steakhouse, Manhattan Grill.
Robert brings his over 15 years of experience, his last assignment being Chef de Cuisine at the famous Manhattan Grill in Dubai, here he was instrumental in presenting guests with a diverse range of steaks, juicy burgers while also satiating sweet craving of guests with tempting desserts.
His passion for good food led him to pursue his cooking skills during his apprenticeship in his native country, England. Robert worked at the Renaissance Hotel London Gatwick, Surrey, UK where he gained much of his experience.
During his time at South Lodge Hotel, West Sussex, UK, Robert was in charge of many high profile events including the G20 World Summit. Robert has also appeared on “the twosome” cookery show for ZeeTV, and also with celebrity Chef Osama.
The Park Bar & Grill restaurant with charcoal grill and a large seafood display gives our guests the possibility to interact with the chefs and see how their food is being prepared. The restaurant is presenting a great outside seating area with the possibility to dine under the stars and palm trees. The menu focuses on a big variety of steak cuts and origins as well as seafood from the grill, freshly prepared in front of the guest in our open kitchen.
Joining Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas in February of 2015, Robert aspires to further enhance The Park Bar & Grill, making it a vibrant signature venue offering remarkable culinary experiences and exceed guest expectations. With
