Khidmaty Government Service Centre opens in Dubai

Khidmaty Government Services Centre, the one-stop destination which offers all smart government services for the private sector in coordination and partnership with governmental departments, was inaugurated this morning.

 

Khidmaty Centre, located at Abu Hail in Dubai, offers unique smart services through its partnership with government departments including Department of Economic Development, Emirates Identity Authority, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Courts, Dubai Health Authority, Department of Finance, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Customs, Dubai Airports, Dubai Trade, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, Roads & Transport Authority, Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai Police, Public Prosecution, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Ministry of Labour, Land Department and Dubai Municipality, among others.

 

In his opening speech, Mr. Marwan Al Falasi, Founder of the Khidmaty Center, said: “We are privileged to announce the launch of Khidmaty Government Services Centre, and we draw our inspiration from His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, who always says - Quality is not an end, it is a way of life”.

 

Mr. Al Falasi added: “His Highness’s vision aiming to use quality as a way to provide services that exceed the customer’s expectations also goes a long way in contributing towards achieving the Happiness Index, also launched by His Highness to measure the level of happiness of government service users.”

 

The Founder stated that the Khidmaty Center is fully aware that the Center is part of this Index and that it is a partner in creating happiness as it complements strategic partners represented by government departments and bodies.

 

He also indicated that the Khidmaty Center has put in place plans and programs to implement its strategy aiming to offer leading and truly unique smart services through a policy of innovation and excellence, which the Center will implement in keeping with His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid’s saying that “in the race of excellence, there is no finish line”.

 

The Khidmaty Centre has in place an efficient team that is able to provide services at the highest level of professionalism and skill by implementing a training plan that included all aspects of the services to be provided by the Center. The Center also provided the necessary infrastructure, technical or other, to enable it to achieve this qualitative shift in services.

 

The Centre aims to build close partnerships with the public sector as a step in the implementation of its aspirations and initiatives related to the development of services and achieving happiness for the user of the government services.
