Inaya Facilities Management displayed sustainable services

Inaya, a Belhasa Group subsidiary and leading provider of integrated facilities and management solutions in the GCC, showcased their services and technologies in the 2015 FM EXPO, a facility management exhibition in the Middle East, dedicated for facility managers, building operators, property owners and free zones managers.  The show took place from 18 – 20 May 2015 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
FM Expo 2015 witnessed a huge response with visitors pouring in over the three days run. Participating at the FM EXPO, Inaya’s representatives got the opportunity to expand its regional and global networks by meeting with key industry leaders and decision makers.
Inaya was formed on Belhasa Group’s heritage of quality and excellence and in just less than 5 years, the Group has gained a strong reputation under visionary leadership. The group has proved its excellence by acquiring some eminent clients like Nakheel, Gulf Related, Novus Community Management etc. Its projects include Ibn Batuta mall The Gardens, Atlantic Tower, Springs Oasis, Palm Views, The Galleria in Abu Dhabi, Dragon Mart etc. It also made a foray into the education sector, handling the facilities management for Raffles International School and the American Collegiate School in Dubai.
As an innovative practitioner, Inaya adapts and adopts some of the world’s best examples of ecological and environmental stewardship. The crux of their company value is sustainability and it strives to incorporate best practices across all processes.
Saeed Ahmad Saif Belhasa, Managing Director, Inaya, highlighted the cost effective model of the company by saying, “In keeping with the core values of our company INAYA has undertaken Value Engineering to reduce cost and also to ensure energy conservation and environment sustainability. Initiatives thus undertaken have resulted in annual savings over 5 million AED in 2014.”
He also said, “We manage the facilities of more than 220 buildings with over 8,500 units, including both commercial centers, residential buildings, retail shops and recreational activities within the realm of highest standards of sustainability.”
