Dubai Courts Wins the Kuwait Creativity Award, in its thirteenth edition, in the Government Communication Category Among 1,846 Entries

Dubai Courts has won the Kuwait Creativity Award, in its thirteenth edition, in the Government Communication category—an eminent regional achievement that reflects its institutional leadership and sustained excellence in advancing modern government communication systems. The award is recognized as one of the most prestigious creativity accolades in the region, distinguished by its credibility and rigorous evaluation standards, encompassing approximately 19 diverse categories across a wide range of creative disciplines.

 

This edition witnessed extensive competition, with 1,846 submissions received from institutions and individuals across various government and private sectors throughout the region. Ultimately, only 44 individuals and entities were honored, underscoring the award’s high level of competitiveness and the significance of attaining this distinction. Dubai Courts’ recognition came in appreciation of its excellence in building an innovative and effective government communication ecosystem that has enhanced the quality of institutional performance, elevated levels of transparency, and reinforced public trust in the courts as one of the region’s leading judicial institutions.

 

This recognition represents the culmination of the continued success of the government communication strategy adopted by Dubai Courts through its Government Communication Department. The strategy is founded on a deliberate and well-considered integration of traditional media and a smart digital presence, ensuring the clear and credible delivery of institutional messages, strengthening effective engagement with diverse segments of society, and aligning with the vision of the wise leadership to establish an advanced judicial model grounded in transparency, innovation, and the sustainability of public trust.

 

This achievement underscores Dubai Courts’ pioneering role in advancing the concepts of government communication within the judicial sector and its capacity to leverage modern communication tools in support of its noble mission to deliver justice. It further reinforces its standing as an institutional model to be emulated at both the regional and international levels.

 

This achievement highlights the pivotal role of the Government Communication Department in strengthening the standing of the judiciary in the Emirate of Dubai and supporting its media image as a symbol of leadership and justice. The Department’s role has evolved beyond the mere dissemination of information to become a core component in shaping the institutional identity of Dubai Courts. Through carefully crafted messaging, the Department translates the concept of justice from an abstract principle into a tangible experience felt by citizens, residents, and investors alike, guiding public perception to view the judiciary as a partner in social stability and economic development, rather than solely as a deterrent authority.

This achievement is the result of dedicated efforts to build strong and transparent bridges of communication with the public, through adopting interactive tools and developing purposeful content that responds to the community’s needs and keeps pace with its aspirations.”

 

Dubai Courts reaffirms its leadership in the field of government communication through a comprehensive approach that adopts innovative communication strategies integrating press coverage, digital campaigns, and interactive awareness content. Among the most prominent flagship initiatives is the interactive awareness program “Be Legal,” for which 7 episodes were produced based on a public survey to identify audience interests, achieving broad engagement exceeding 480,000 interactions. This reflects the success of a legal awareness content design grounded directly in community needs. In addition, Dubai Courts launched the “From Your Questions” initiative to provide direct responses to the most frequently raised public inquiries.

 

As part of its efforts to strengthen media partnerships, Dubai Courts produced, in collaboration with multiple institutions and platforms, 3 awareness-focused podcast episodes with a combined duration of 3 hours and 48 minutes. The content was subsequently repurposed into 24 awareness materials disseminated across social media platforms, generating substantial public engagement exceeding 2.2 million interactions—clearly demonstrating the strength of these partnerships and their impact in expanding outreach and audience reach.

 

Dubai Courts also adopted an integrated marketing policy that resulted in the implementation of 18 marketing campaigns spanning various judicial and service domains, in addition to the publication of 2,550 media materials throughout 2025. This approach drove digital audience growth by 7,010 new followers and generated more than 5 million interactions across digital platforms. At the societal impact level, the rate of families opting for amicable settlements in inheritance-related cases increased by 4%, while 696 senior citizens and People of Determination benefited from the field-based “Fe AlShoufa” service. These outcomes contributed to enhanced accessibility and awareness of smart judicial services, as well as increased engagement across digital channels.

 

Dubai Courts places paramount importance on precision and clarity in the formulation of its media content, with full adherence to the Unified Government Communication Guide of the Emirate of Dubai. All media materials are subject to thorough review and approval processes to ensure their reliability, thereby reinforcing trust and transparency with the public.

 

The awarding of the Kuwait Government Creativity Award to Dubai Courts in the Government Communication category further reaffirms its standing as one of the world’s leading judicial institutions in the field of innovative government communication. It also underscores support for its vision, “Judicial Leadership and Justice for a Global City,” and strengthens trust between the justice system and the community in the Emirate of Dubai.
