Customer Experience Designed at April Network Majlis

The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), the official representative organization for business women, both professionals and entrepreneurs, in the Emirate of Dubai, concluded its four-part series with CCM Consultancy on Delivering a Differentiated Customer Experience, with the last module, on ‘Designing your Customer Experience.’ 

 

The series, which kicked off in January over a period of four months, was developed to teach members how to build a unique and memorable customer experience within a business. In today’s fast-paced and highly competitive environment, businesses, large and small, are looking for ways to stand out in the crowd. 

 

“Over the past four months, CCM Consultancy has shared vital knowledge with our members on how to develop and nourish customer experiences,`’said HE Dr. Raja Easa Saleh Al Gurg, President of DBWC. “The last module is by far the most important as it discovered how to understand your customer in order to create those experiences that offer those moments of truth that enable you to have a differentiated offering.”

 

Each organization, large and small, has the ability to differentiate itself through a unique Customer Experience. The experts focussed on each member’s own Moments of Truth which are described as those never to be repeated opportunities that make a difference in a customer’s/client’s minds and hearts. 

 

During the interactive session, Edward Matti, CFP, Managing Partner at CCM Consultancy, taught DBWC members how to develop a closer understanding of customers while understanding the key building blocks to developing a differentiated experience. Edward also discussed how to design a customer experience based on a customer’s needs and how every business can enhance its offering by creating those moments of truth.
