BORD EAU PRESENTS BLIND-TASTING PANACHE, THE FRENCH WAY

Chef Didier showcases his extensive talent through an experiential blind-tasting menu with a touch of “Michelin” flair

French restaurant Bord Eau at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi presents a taste extravaganza through a blind-tasting menu designed by Michelin-mentored Chef Didier Quennouelle.  With a sense of French panache, each dish is freshly prepared and to the high expectations of this fine-dining restaurant.

After serving under Pierre Cebeillac and Dominique Bouchet, two renowned Michelin-starred chefs, Chef Didier dedicated over a decade of his culinary passion at many Michelin-starred restaurants.  His delicious creations are now available in Abu Dhabi, where authentic French flavours straight from France are dramatically presented.

“The blind tasting at Bord Eau firmly represents its award-winning credentials.  The chef is able to creatively present a new twist on the menu each time it is ordered – so no two meals will be the same.  This experiential dining choice further establishes Shangri-La Abu Dhabi as a dining destination,” said Thomas Guss, the hotel’s general manager.

The restaurant serves a five- or seven-course signature blind-tasting menu (with or without pairing), an a la carte menu and decadent desserts, such as Chocolate Extravaganza.
