Dubai, xx February, 2015: Manzoni, named in homage of famed Italian poet and author, Alessandro Manzoni, has opened at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The Italian dining room has put a twist of modernity to classic Italian favourites, and set it in a contemporary ambience.

Focusing its menu on delivering authentic flavours, Manzoni uses the finest and freshest ingredients that will take diners from Dubai to Italy in a moment. Wood-fired ovens and decorative fireplaces provide an intimate, yet cozy atmosphere, with a large family dining table taking centre stage, perfect for sharing a ‘cena in famiglia’. The overall look is modern and minimalistic, designed to showcase the vibrant colours and neat presentation of each dish.

The extensive menu covers antipasti, pasta, risotto, meat and fish main courses, traditional wood-fired pizza and indulgent dolci for dessert. Menu favourites include:

Steven Agius, Executive Chef at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Tower, said of the Manzoni appeal: “Manzoni’s vision is to offer authentic Italian cuisine, in a homely setting. The restaurant is a dining experience in itself, with a show kitchen, multi-cuisine Italian specialties, delicious desserts and an extensive selection of Italian grape beverages to accompany each meal.”

Manzoni is open seven days a week, for lunch from 12 noon to 3:30pm, then for dinner from 7pm until 11:30pm.
