As per the strategic partnership with the Traffic and Patrols Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police, the Saeed Society to Reduce Traffic Accidents will be organizing on Sunday an exhibition under the theme “We Care about Your Safety”. The exhibition will be held at Dalma Mall, and is part of the unified programs of the Arab Traffic Week.
The exhibition will include a number of events and programs aimed at enhancing traffic safety and encouraging motorists to abide by traffic laws, to prevent the causes of traffic accidents.
Colonel Jamal Salem Al Ameri, Executive Director of the Saaed Society, explained that Saaed Society’s participation in the organization of the Arab Traffic Week falls in line with the social communication approach to preserve lives and property, and to improve road users’ behavior to reduce the various causes leading to traffic accidents.
Colonel Al Ameri also noted that the Traffic and Patrols Directorate, the Emirates Driving Company, and the Emirates Transport and Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) will be taking part in the exhibition with their own pavilions. These pavilions will host a set of activities, such as traffic-related documentaries’ screening, distribution of booklets, competitions, and a traffic-related drawing corner; all of which are intended to enhance the positive role of drivers and encourage them to abide by the traffic law.
Colonel Al Ameri called upon the public to visit the traffic exhibition at Dalma Mall. Five schools will also be participating in the exhibition to showcase traffic-related innovations for student awareness. Gifts will also be distributed to visitors via the competitions theater. In conclusion, Colonel Al Ameri called upon everyone to engage in the efforts to create a true social partnership that fosters a safe traffic society.
