Unikai boosts its advanced HR management solution through partnership with Seidor MENA

Unikai, one of the Middle East’s biggest FMCG companies that is listed on DFM stock market, has nominated Seidor MENA, a multinational Dubai-based group of companies, to enhance its human resources system as the company is aggressively expanding its operations in over 29 countries globally, including recent entries into Bahrain and Qatar.

Launched in 1977 to cater to the UAE market, Unikai has emerged as one of the biggest food companies in the Arabian Peninsula, with a wide range of dairy, ice cream, juices and foods products produced in UAE and distributed in domestic and international markets. 

Unikai was seeking to transform its HR systems and processes necessitated by its growth and belief of investing in people and talent. It sought to partner with a company that would provide a robust human capital management solution covering payroll management with efficient employee and management self-services.
