Tharwah awarded SAR 4.5M training contract from ZATCA

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) secured a SAR 4.48 million contract, including VAT, under a framework agreement to deliver technical training programs for Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) employees in 2025.

The contract is expected to be signed on Aug. 24, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The 18-month agreement aims to enhance employee performance by providing technical and managerial skills aligned with ZATCA’s goals.

There are no related parties to the contract, the statement added.
