TAM signs SAR 14.8 mln contract with Tourism Authority

TAM Development Co. signed a 16-month contract worth SAR 14.83 million (VAT inclusive) for providing digital solutions and consulting services necessary to develop and operate a tourism services platform for the Saudi Tourism Authority, TAM said in a statement to Tadawul.

The project’s financial impact is expected from Q1 2024 until Q1 2025.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added, pointing out that the award letter dated Sept. 21 was received from the Authority on Sept. 25.

The company’s contract copy was signed on Oct. 9, and the final copy signed by both parties was received on Oct. 15.
