Sure inks SAR 52M contract to develop digital platform for infath

Sure Global Tech Co. signed, on July 14, a contract worth SAR 51.99 million (VAT inclusive) to develop a digital platform for the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (infath).

The three-year contract covers providing technical support to infath to help expedite and automate the liquidation procedures of the estate system and improve some current services, Sure said in a statement to Tadawul.

The contract also includes ensuring that the systems and programs used in the center work properly and without interruption around the clock for the beneficiaries of the services provided by the center.

The deal will have a positive impact on the company’s financials from 2024 through 2026, the statement added.

No related parties are included in the agreement, the company noted, indicating that necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received on July 14.
