Students to win scholarships worth AED 280,000 at GITEX Shopper 2015

Thanks to an initiative launched by Amity University, students visiting GITEX Shopper 2015 will not only snap up the latest smartphones, tablets and laptops for all their schooling needs, they will also have the opportunity to submit their best report cards to win a university scholarship offered every day at the region’s largest consumer electronics show running from 3-10 October at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). 

 

Development of well- rounded personalities with exceptional employment potential is the focus at Amity University Dubai which is also the first university to enjoy a visionary and unique partnership with GITEX Shopper.  Awarding the scholarships - each worth AED 35,000 and applicable to any Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree offered by the University, successful candidates are those with the highest marks on their report card submitted each day of the event.

Eligibility is open to all students who have passed Grade 11, and who visit GITEX Shopper with a special promotional student ticket priced at AED10. Candidates are asked to complete an entry form at the Amity University stall at GITEX Shopper and submit their report cards either in hardcopy or via email, with winners to be notified post event after marks are verified by the admissions team at Amity University Dubai. 

 

GITEX Shopper 2015 takes place from 3 - 10 October and is open from 11:00am - 11:00pm every day. Tickets are priced at AED 30 per person and entry is free for children below the age of five.
