Saudi Industrial Development Co.’s (SIDC) subsidiary, Emdad Logistics, signed, on July 1, two contracts for transportation, handling, and storage services, according to a Tadawul statement.
The first contract was signed with Global Marketing Co. for Sleeping Systems (Sleep High), while the second was finalized with SIDC Ceramic Factory (CASAVIA), subsidiaries of the company.
The expected annual contract value for Sleep High is SAR 13.84 million, while CASAVIA’s estimated yearly contract value is SAR 700,140.
The contracts include providing transportation, handling, and storage services for Sleep High products and CASAVIA products based on the number of trips executed, quantity of products handled, and the leased storage space, in accordance with prevailing commercial prices and terms.
The contractual term is a period of three years from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2028, the statement added, noting that the financial impact will be reflected in the financial results starting from Q3 2025, subject to the volume of operational transactions between the contracted companies.
The deals include related parties, Emmdad Logistics and some members of the board of directors, namely Ahmed AlKanhal, Ibrahim AlHomaidhi and Bandar AlHomaidhi.
The contract was signed based on the license granted by the 39th general assembly during its meeting held on June 29, 2025, the statement further indicated.
