SAL Saudi Logistics Services signed an addendum, on July 21, to its contract with Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) to provide ramp handling services for cargo aircraft, including cargo aircraft cleaning and water services for SAL.
In a statement on Tadawul, SAL clarified that the contract has a duration of three years, starting on Jan. 1, 2025.
SAL stated that the contract value will be determined based on service demand, according to the pricing terms outlined in the agreement. The company estimated the annual cost at approximately SAR 16 million for each year of the contract.
It also disclosed the presence of related parties, noting that the Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation (Saudia) has a direct interest in the agreement. In addition, SAL board members Fahad bin Abdullah Moussa, Ahmed Al-Wassia, and Ibraheem Sheera have indirect interests.
The original contract was signed on Jan. 1, 2022, and was previously disclosed in the company’s prospectus. The addendum was signed on July 21, 2025, with retroactive effect starting from Jan. 1, 2025.
