IN CELEBRATION OF THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN

On the 11th of July, Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa and Nour Arjaan by Rotana reinforced again their commitment towards the society, and joined forces during the Holy month of Ramadan to help Fujairah Welfare Association achieve their mission.

Sharing the blessing of this month, the two hotels welcomed Fujairah Welfare Association over an Iftar gathering, and participated in their charitable spirit with fifty thousand dirham cash. The aim from this contribution is to cover the cost of tutors for many children living in the UAE and striving for education however their family’s financial status doesn’t allow them to realize their dream and get the minimum level of education they have the right to in their life.

Ghyath Fawaz, the Hotel Manager of Nour Arjaan by Rotana said: “Because we believe in their cause, we decided to hold the torch with Fujairah Welfare Association, and are determined to take part and make a difference in the life of those who deserve to have a real life.”

Imad Akil, the Executive Assistant Manager of Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, added, “We are also thrilled to know that the amount we are offering will be used to improve the life of students who need financial support for their studies throughout the UAE.” He also concluded, “This is the most important part of it all, we are here to stand up for each and every one of them as part of our Rotana values, LIFE. From his side, the General Manager of Fujairah Welfare Association, Ali Bin Abbad commented: “We are really thankful for the wonderful initiative taken by Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa and Nour Arjaan by Rotana. We are really glad to cooperate together on accomplishing one of the most important goals of the association. Together we can make a change and add a smile on the face of many students.”  

Fujairah Welfare Association is a non-profit organization which provides social services, in kind of aids, financial support for the needy groups and for the students who suffer from financial family support due their parents’ limited income. In addition to that the association launches regularly many charitable exhibitions, organizes annual charity events, and implements local and external projects.
