Rome to Host RE KEY: Italy 2025. FIABCI International Trade Mission An Exclusive Gateway for Global Real Estate and Urban Investment Collaboration

From September 10 to 12, Rome will host RE KEY: Italy 2025, the official FIABCI International Trade Mission, gathering global real estate, innovation, and investment leaders for a transformative experience of collaboration and deal-making. The event is organized in synergy with 15° CTV – Verso un Rinascimento della Città, Sapienza University, and a distinguished network of partners including Porsche Consulting, Zaha Hadid Architects, Andalusia Group, Harley & Dikkinson, IL PUNTO/CORFAC Int., and global supporters such as EMF ECBC, Ciputra Group, Daikin, and leading international and local real estate associations.

Bringing together delegations from over 40 countries, RE KEY affirms its international ambition and Italy’s growing role as a platform for economic and territorial cooperation. Participants will include real estate developers, institutional and private investors, government agencies, ConTech and PropTech innovators, export ready products producers – all connected through a curated program of presentations, pitching sessions, and structured B2B matchmaking.

Among the most anticipated contributions is the presence of Italy’s major institutional actors in finance and public development: CDP (Cassa Depositi e Prestiti), INVIMIT, and SACE. These institutions are central to Italy’s financial and strategic positioning in the global arena. Their joint involvement at RE KEY opens the door to new forms of support for international public-private investment projects, in alignment with the Mattei Plan for Africa, the EU’s Global Gateway, and other multilateral cooperation programs.
