The Pullman ArtNight was an exclusive and original experience; from the moment guests arrived they embarked on an exciting journey into the heart of the Pullman brand.
Celebrating interactive and live art experiences - the Pullman ArtNight (an upscale launch concept) welcomed guests and hosted curated art by The Domino, who creatively engaged with each guest whilst introducing the property’s seamless hospitality.
Fadeel G. Wehbe, General Manager for the Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers, said: “Pullman as a brand is infamously known for its strong visual identity and we wanted to take this opportunity to not only inaugurate the property, but also showcase our brand launch concept the ‘Pullman ArtNight’. With the artistic community flourishing in Dubai over the past couple of years, the collaboration was a natural fit. The idea of our ArtNight was to allow our guests to be part of the art and leave their indelible mark in this hotel.”
Denis Dupart, Vice President Operations for Accor Luxury & Upscale brands, Middle East and Egypt said: “Accor is very proud of the latest addition to our Luxury & Upscale hotels in Dubai with the inauguration of Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers Hotels & Residences. The hotel has been in operation since 1 January 2015, and has witnessed a strong start to the first quarter. The outlook is looking very positive for Pullman JLT – with a great location, impeccable facilities plus an array of food and beverage outlets; we welcome guests to experience Pullman.”
Themed in black and white, the night welcomed guests with moving statues lining the lobby, before being transported to the art venue at Seasons and La Vue restaurants, where artists created live art on windows, and also against a moving projection. Guests were invited to leave their mark on a social art piece, which will remain at the hotel, while leaving their signature or message on a living canvas, before being treated to a feast of food art, created by the hotel’s Executive Chef Stephen Agius and his team.
Plenty of art lined and decorated the venue, showing the talent of a number of young artists residing in Dubai. Creative Director at The Domino, and Chief Curator for Pullman ArtNight, Fathima Mohiuddin, said: “Dubai’s art scene over the years has become incredibly vibrant, and occasions like this are a great opportunity for people to discover new artists, and for artists to gain exposure for their work.
