NWC announces 6 days left to register illegal connections

The National Water Company (NWC) has urged customers with unregistered or illegal water or sewerage connections to quickly rectify their status and register before August 18, 2025. The company emphasized that this initiative provides a window to avoid fines and penalties for illegal connections.

NWC clarified that the deadline will not be longer than 6 days. After that, the grace period will end for those who have illegally connected to the service or failed to register their connections. The company pointed out that customers can access the correction and registration procedures via the NWC mobile app or the NWC e-branch (www.nwc.com.sa).
