A German National, Uwe Seegert has returned to Tschuggen Grand Hotel as per 1st of June 2016. Already working at Tschuggen Grand Hotel from 2007 until 2012; the first two years as Sous-chef and from 2009-2012 as head chef, Uwe is now returning to replace former head chef Tobias Jochim who left the hotel at the end of the winter season to return to Germany.
As new head chef Uwe Seegert is responsable for all the culinary programs of the five restaurants of Tschuggen Grand Hotel (La Vetta, La Collina, The Basement, Grand Restaurant, Spa Lounge).
