MIS signs 10-year framework agreement with Saudi Aramco

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a unified framework agreement with Saudi Aramco to supply Cisco IT system products based on purchase orders agreed upon by both parties.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company explained that the contract value will be determined according to purchase orders aligned with the pricing list included in the framework agreement.

The agreement is valid for 120 months, the statement added.

MIS expects this agreement to have a positive financial impact, starting from the date it receives the first purchase orders as agreed upon by both parties.

The company added that sequential purchase orders will be announced in due course, including the periods during which their financial impact will be reflected.
