McDonald’s UAE was recognised with the prestigious Golden Arch Award by McDonald’s CEO Steve Easterbrook for its outstanding dedication to customer service, its significant community involvement, and contributions to a positive brand image in the UAE.
The award was presented to McDonald’s UAE at this year’s Worldwide biennially convention in Orlando, April 2016, celebrating McDonald’s best Owner Operators and Development Licensees.
Commenting on the McDonald’s UAE’s award, Rafic Fakih, Managing Director and Partner at McDonald’s UAE said: “We are extremely proud to be among the winners of this year’s Golden Arch Award, in particular because it is only given to few McDonald’s franchise owners and developmental licensees worldwide. It is truly an honor to be recognised for our operation efficiency, delivering on McDonald’s business goals and for our ongoing efforts in supporting local communities across the Emirates.”
The Golden Arch Award is the highest recognition for McDonald’s franchisees and developmental licensees and is typically received by fewer than 40 McDonald’s owners and operators worldwide every other year. The criteria for the Golden Arch Award include relentless focus on customer service, outstanding quality, hygiene and cleanliness, significant community involvement.
