Mayyur Girotra Couture Launches first Flagship Store in Dubai

Leading Delhi based designer, Mayyur Girotra has launched in the Middle East with a flagship store in Dubai at a glittering launch event held at his boutique on 19th September. Located in the plush neighborhood of Jumeirah the boutique was launched at a dazzling event attended by some of the biggest names in fashion & cinema. 

The couture label, which prides itself on interpreting modern styles with traditional grace, brings to the Middle East a collection that rivets on a harmonious amalgamation of modern sophistication with Indian sensibilities.

Based out of Delhi India, Mayyur Girotra regularly designs outfits for Bollywood celebrities, such as Deepika Padukone, Huma Qureshi, Sonam Kapoor, Sushmita Sen and Karisma Kapoor to name a few. The launch event witnessed the presence of two vivacious Bollywood beauties, Mailaika Arora Khan & Tabu who regularly don themselves in Mayyur Girotra Couture and flew down especially to attend the store opening. The star studded line-up at the launch also included celebrated musicians Amaan Ali Khan & Ayaan Ali Khan who too share a great rapport with the designer.

Heena Arora, Mayyur Girotra’s sister and business partner will be looking after the commercial aspect of the business while Mayyur will head the design front. The brother-sister duo will be cementing the brand presence in the region by participating in trade shows and fashion exhibitions in the region.

Having perfected traditional Indian wear, the brand brings forth a cutting edge range of western wear with its 'Luxury Prèt line. The collection features sensual trail gowns with rich thread work and a touch of royal embellishments showcasing an ideal blend of East and West.
