Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center to participate in ATM 2015



The Center will leverage the ATM platform to spread public awareness about its various initiatives aimed at preserving the UAE’s national heritage
Dubai, April 29, 2015: Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center (HHC), the leading platform and reference for the conservation of the UAE’s national heritage at the local, regional and global level, announced its participation in Arabian Travel Market 2015, the region’s premier travel and tourism event which takes place from 4 – 7 May 2015 at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Center.
"This is the second successive year that Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center is participating in Arabian Travel Market – the most important event of its kind in the Middle East – and we are delighted at the opportunity to showcase our ongoing efforts to preserve the UAE’s national heritage to a broad regional and international audience," said Fatima Arif Al Bannai, Director of Media Office at HHC. "Our participation in ATM 2015 represents a strategic step aimed at spreading awareness among the public about the various initiatives, events, and traditional championships and tournaments organized by the Center. For visitors at the exhibition, this would provide a unique opportunity to get acquainted with various aspects of heritage tourism in the United Arab Emirates within the framework of preservation and revival of the country’s intangible cultural heritage.”
During its participation at ATM 2015, HHC will display historic images and short films collected as part of its ambitious "WATHIQATI" initiative, illustrating the Center’s determined effort to strengthen the UAE’s national identity.
