This Boat Show, Elcome will introduce through its flagship brand Raymarine, and for the first time in the region, world-class sports fishing and power boats products, to ensure that only the most exceptional equipment makes it to its clientele, to enhance their safety and reduce their strain so they can truly enjoy their time on the water. Furthermore, Elcome International will be displaying the latest in Automatic Identification System (AIS) solutions – the widely used way to monitor all types of vessels’ movements – for yacht owners, marina operators, and government authorities in an effort to boost safety and security in regional waters. An advanced command and control system will be showcased, along with innovative and easy-to-use solutions for all types of boats. Several regional countries have recently implemented AIS requirements for yachts and fishing boats and it is expected the UAE to follow in the near future.
Additionally, Elcome International will be showcasing new personal safety solutions that comply with the latest yachting safety regulations issued by the Emirates Classifications Society “Tasneef” and the Federal Authority for Land and Maritime Transport (FTA) as part of the UAE Yacht Code.
