With participation of 1st batch of MBRHE Al Manal Chilcare Center

This year Dubai Customs celebrated the graduation of 15 children of the 7th batch of its Childcare Centre, who were joined by 4 graduates comprising the 1st batch of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) Al Manal Childcare Centre.
The graduation ceremony took place at the Dome hall at DC headquarter, in presence of Buti Al Jumairi, Executive Director of HR, Finance and Administration Division, Saeed Al Tayer, Executive Director of Policies & Legislation, and Ahmed Al Falasi, Director of Administration Affairs.
Buti Al Jumairi pinpointed that Dubai Customs pays utmost attention to its employees wellbeing, and so has established the first model childcare center in Dubai government agencies in April 2009. The center adheres to top world-class criteria of providing a healthy, motivational and safe educational environment for the children.
Al Jumairi added that since inception, as many as 270 children were enrolled in the Childcare Center, of which 81 graduated.
Graduation certificates were handed out to graduates and their parents who attended to share the joy with their offsprings.
The Manager of DC Childcare Center, Kaltham Mes-har said: “In September 2014, DC Childcare Center launched an initiative to help children memorise small verses of the Quran, to instill in them a love for the holy book. They were encouraged to continue to memorise Quran verses after graduation, as it will have a great impact on their upbringing.”
Noura Al Medawi, Manager of Al Manal Childcare Center, noted that DC Childcare Center plays a major role in enhancing cooperation between childcare centers in Dubai government agencies. She said: “Joining the graduation ceremony of DC Childcare Center comes in line with our strive to boost government partnership. DC Childcare Center is an example to be followed and many centers seek to avail of its unique expertise.”
