Dubai Culture marks ‘Flag Day’ to celebrate 
UAE national unity and achievements

The Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), the Emirate’s dedicated Authority for heritage and culture, marked UAE national ‘Flag Day’ announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to celebrate the Accession Day of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

 

Dubai Culture organised special events with the UAE flags hoisted in the presence of Dubai Culture management and employees at Hatta Heritage Village and Al Mankool Public Library. 

 

Dubai Culture is committed to supporting initiatives that contribute to strengthening the UAE’s national identity. Flag Day represents an unmatched opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the UAE and its future vision for all-round development, which serve as a source of pride for the UAE citizens.

 

As part of ‘Flag Day,’ all federal and local government entities were instructed to hoist the UAE flag on November 3, at 12pm, highlighting the nation’s unity and spirit of solidarity.
