Dedication, drive, delivery: Dragon Mart 2’s task force honoured by Nakheel Chairman

The dedication, drive and determination displayed by Nakheel’s Dragon Mart 2 delivery team has been acknowledged by the company’s Chairman, Ali Rashid Lootah.

Twelve members of management and staff whose tireless efforts ensured the successful delivery and opening of the new, 2.1 million sq ft extension to Dragon Mart received the Chairman’s award for outstanding work and service. 

Dragon Mart 2 was officially opened last week to coincide with Chinese New Year, with a ceremony attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. 

Mr Lootah said: “I am immensely proud to award this highly professional and dedicated team, whose hard work and commitment has ensured the successful delivery of yet another unique Nakheel development.  Dragon Mart 2 is set to become every bit as a successful as the world-famous Dragon Mart 1 – and I thank each and every one of them for the role they played in bringing it to fruition.”
