DarGlobal launches SAR 3.75B Trump Plaza Jeddah project

DarGlobal launched the Trump Plaza Jeddah project, marking its third collaboration with the Trump Organization in Saudi Arabia. The project is valued at more than SAR 3.75 billion ($1 billion).

The company said in a statement that the project enjoys a strategic location within the AMAYA development, which extends along King Abdulaziz Road. It has been designed as an integrated, mixed-use destination that seamlessly combines residential units, offices, retail outlets, and restaurants within a single, interconnected development.

The project’s residential offerings include fully furnished Trump executive apartments with one-, two-, or three-bedroom layouts; luxury Trump park apartments featuring two, three, or four bedrooms; and exclusive Trump townhouses comprising four bedrooms. The development will also feature home offices, luxury retail outlets, and premium dining options.

DarGlobal noted that the exclusive members-only Vitality Club, spanning 4,000 square meters, will serve as a core component of the project, offering golf simulators, a spa, sports medicine and rehabilitation facilities, swimming pools, and other amenities.
