~ Shopping mall has been certified for its leasing, facility management and maintenance for the duration of 2015-2018



= Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi - Mussafah has the rare honour and distinction as being the first mall in Abu Dhabi to receive the ISO Certificate. The shopping and customer entertainment destination adds this certification to a fulfilling year that was marked with a splendid range of awards and events to its credit.
Dalma Mall has been certified with the ISO Certificate for the duration of 2015 to 2018 for its leasing, facility management and maintenance of the shopping centre. A process that usually otherwise takes a few months to obtain took Dalma Mall only one month and one week.
Mr. Mohammed Al Shaiba Al Mazrouei – Executive Director for Dalma Mall, speaking on the certification, said, “We are very grateful to the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre for having extended their full support to Dalma Mall to assist the certification process. The certification is a proud moment in our journey as a service provider for our patrons and customers. It is a reminder of the fact that we will continue to improve our work and our commitment to our customers through hard work and through providing the best.”
Dalma Mall also manages the integrated waste management project using methods that help preserve the environment, such as the use of LED lighting
Ms. Abeer Adel - Head of Project Management - Operations Department at The Mall said : ISO 9001 is one of the standards within the range of ISO 9000 standards. The ACS Registrars Ltd is a UKAS Accredited Certification Body, and follows rigid benchmarks towards offering ISO 9001 Accredited Certification to consumer entities that achieve excellence in their standards of service-provision.
