DAE announces closing of Joramco acquisition

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. announced today that it had closed the acquisition of 80% of Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited from The Abraaj Group. The agreement to purchase was previously announced on 20 September 2016.

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd is a globally recognized aerospace company headquartered in Dubai.
