CloudHPT announces Veeam Cloud Replication Disaster Recovery now available from the UAE

In another first for the region, CloudHPT is now offering existing Veeam customers the ability to seamlessly add Offsite Disaster Recovery hosted from the UAE. 

CloudHPT, the region's first Cisco Powered Cloud uses Veeam to backup all hosted Virtual Machines (VMs). And for more than a year has offered companies from the GCC the ability to back up their on-premise Virtual Machines seamlessly to CloudHPT using Veeam Cloud connect as part of their Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS). 

CloudHPT will be participating at the Veeam ON Forum taking place on 26th April 2016 in Dubai. At the forum CLoudHPT will be showcasing the Veeam Cloud Connect Backup and disaster recovery solutions. 

This new offering enables Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) with just a few clicks from the Veeam console at the customer’s site. DRaaS is an important component as part of a comprehensive availability strategy, embracing virtualization and storage investments in the customer’s datacenter and extending them through the hybrid cloud.
