Chelsea College of Arts: Interior Design and Decoration Short Courses to take place in Dubai

Chelsea College of Arts (CCA), will be returning to Dubai in October 2015 to host a specialist portfolio of Interior Design and Interior Decoration short courses. The courses are taught by London-based tutors, all of whom are practicing industry professionals that bring with them to the Middle East a depth of knowledge and expertise.   This is the twelfth visit to Dubai by CCA.

CCA invites aspiring and practicing interior designers to join in its range of courses, relevant for those either looking to develop specialist skills or beginners wishing to pursue their passion for interiors. Each unique course offers a tremendous opportunity to expand on skills in guided, practical classes.

The October session will include the Decorating your Villa or Apartment course, which has been brought back to the region by popular demand from students based in the Middle East; the program will offer students be design tips for both approaching a project and furnishing a property. The College will also be offering a host of other courses, as listed below:

The Principles of Interior Design - One (5 Days)

The Principles of Interior Design – Two (5 Days)

Starting an Interior Design Business (3 Evenings)

Lighting Design Concepts (3 Days)

Outdoor Design (2 Days)

Decorating Your Villa or Apartment (3 Days)

Colour for Interiors (1 Day)

In addition to the range of courses offered, Chelsea College of Arts will be offering one-to-one consultancy sessions with tutor Matteo Bianchi on starting your own interior design business. This unique opportunity allows students to speak to a successful interior designer about their ideas and aspirations, setting them on the path to building a prosperous business.  

CCA is one of six art colleges that make up the prestigious University of the Arts London, which is the largest provider of arts education in Europe and boasts a number of well-known alumni including Alexander McQueen, Anish Kapoor, Mojeb Al-Dousari and Florence Welch.
