Consolidated Grunenfelder Saady Holding Co. (CGS) said it signed a customized solutions project contract with Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling Co. (SANAD) on Dec. 17, valued at SAR 166.03 million, excluding VAT, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The project includes the sale and maintenance of field camp facilities, with the financial impact expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
The contract award was announced on Dec. 1, according to Argam data.
CGS listed its shares on Dec. 9. The company’s core activities include refrigerated transport, cooling solutions, and customized units designed to meet client requirements, in addition to after-sales services.
