Bawadi Mall celebrates UAE National Day in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development

Bawadi Mall of Al Ain has announced its plans for the 45th National Day celebrations, which will be held from November 27 to December 5, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, featuring an exciting lineup of cultural events, exhibitions and other activities.

This year's celebrations take a cultural character aimed at connecting children and families to Emirati heritage, which dates back to many centuries and derives its essence from Arab characteristics and equestrian activities reflected in many singing traditional arts and folk dances, cuisine and other aspects.

“As usual, we give great attention to National Day celebrations at the leading destination for residents of Al Ain, who love to participate in the celebrations marking the country’s Union. This year’s celebrations is held in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development highlighting the authentic heritage of UAE, thus enabling visitors to learn about all aspects of the arts, heritage and traditions,” said Bassam Saleh, Marketing Manager of Bawadi Mall.

“Public celebrations include some activities and small exhibitions. Also, Bawadi Mall management is hosting a major celebratory procession led by two Flute performers and 4 Masquerade personalities to bring more joy to all visitors,” added Saleh.

Saleh said Bawadi Mall has created many activities for children, including face painting and balloon games. He also pointed out that Bawadi Mall will be fully decorated with various works of art under the theme of the UAE flag.

Saleh concluded: “We are confident that our programme will satisfy our visitors. We are keen to enhance Bawadi Mall’s as a hub for shopping, entertainment and celebrations of National Holidays, and maintain its position as a magnet for a large number of visitors from Al Ain, surrounding areas and beyond.”

The largest mall in Al Ain, Bawadi Mall has over 400 shops, representing both international and regional brands, a food court and many casual dining outlets. Family entertainment includes a ski village, rollercoaster, an advanced cinema and a bowling alley plus others.
