Ballarò brings back the traditions of Ramadan

This Ramadan, Ballarò Restaurant at Conrad Dubai, conveniently located on Sheik Zayed Road, invites guests to indulge in a delectable array of fresh, home cooked Arabic dishes to celebrate the traditions of the Holy Month.

Iftar at Ballarò will begin at sunset where guests can explore a wide selection of live cooking stations while enjoying the enchanting live entertainment by the Oud player. The Iftar will also include the traditional buffet spread of Arabic mezzes and main dishes, including classics such as freshly baked Sambousek, Daod Basha, and Dajaj bil Batata. Highlights from the dessert selection include some of chef Tamer’s favorites like Date Tarts and Znood All Seet.
