Leading Dubai-based property developer The First Group has confirmed its Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments development has been awarded TripAdvisor’s prestigious Certificate of Excellence for the second consecutive year.
Located in the heart of Dubai’s bustling TECOM precinct, Auris Metro Central features 210 stunningly appointed apartments, consisting of 12 Executive studios, 96 Director’s Suites and 102 Presidential suites.

TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence is reserved for properties that demonstrate hospitality excellence, and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the world’s largest travel site.
TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm based on user-generated content to determine recipients of the award. Contributing factors include review ratings, overall ratings and the quantity of reviews submitted.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, a hospitality business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five; receive a minimum number of reviews; and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months.
Auris Metro Central currently ranks in the top 10 of 238 specialty lodgings listed in Dubai and reviewed by TripAdvisor users. Of 237 guest reviews, the property has received 181 ratings of ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.

It rates strongly among business clients and families alike, with 82% of all customer reviews across both categories rating the property ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’.
Reviewers praised Auris Metro Central for its convenient location, quality accommodation, service standards and value for money.
