Al Rashedi inspects the Naturalization Department in Fujairah

Brigadier Saeed Rakan Al Rashedi, Head of Naturalization Department at the Ministry of Interior, called upon staff members at the Naturalization Department in Fujairah to seek further excellence in providing outstanding and state-of-the-art services to customers, and streamlining their transactions, according to the highest standards of organizational excellence.

These comments were made by Brigadier Al Rashedi during his inspection visit to the Naturalization Department in Fujairah, to review the workflow at the department. Brigadier Al Rashedi expressed full satisfaction with the performance level and stressed the need to build on the various excellence methodologies espoused by the Department in terms of services provision. Brigadier Al Rashedi was accompanied during his tour by Colonel Rashid Saeed Al Yammahi, Head of the Naturalization Department in Fujairah.

Brigadier Al Rashedi was briefed about the workflow and met with a number of customers, who provided suggestions and feedback about the services and procedures. He also stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Interior to involve customers in the process to improve and develop services, in a way that would meet their needs and expectations.
