Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih laid the foundation stone for Al-Jawhara Tower project in the Syrian capital, Damascus, with a total investment exceeding SAR 375 million.
Al-Jawhara Tower is a fully integrated real estate development that combines business, hospitality, and retail components, spanning over 25,000 square meters, according to a post by the Ministry of Investment on X platform.
The ministry stated that the project will feature 6,500 square meters of office space spread across 15 floors, 4,200 square meters allocated for parking, and 1,300 square meters of retail space.
Additionally, the tower will include hotel units occupying 6,500 square meters across 15 floors, offering hospitality services and a panoramic restaurant.
The ministry emphasized that Al-Jawhara Tower is one of the region’s most prominent real estate developments, serving as a launchpad for regional partnerships and promising investment opportunities.
