Exhibitors and visitors can enjoy single and double occupancy with upgrade to a Club Room for only Dhs.450/- when booking is made 15 days prior to the commencement of each big exhibitions such as City Scape “Home Real Estate Investment” that will take place from 8th to 10th September 2015; Gitex, one of the largest IT exhibitions in the Middle East scheduled from 18th to 22nd October 2015; and “The Big 5”, the largest construction event in the Middle East which is taking place from 23rd to 26th November 2015. 

In addition, guests can enjoy a wide array of the property’s facilities such as well equipped fitness centre with separate facilities for both men and women, along with a temperature controlled swimming pool.

The discounted rate is inclusive of breakfast and wifi connectivity and is subject to 10% Service Charge, 10% Municipality Fees and Dhs.10 as Tourism Dirham Fee per room per night.  Room rates are subject to availability and prior reservation.
