Strong participation for Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services at the ‘Dubai International Government Achievement Exhibition’ 2016

HE Khalifa Hassan Aldrai, Executive Director announced the participation of Dubai Corporation Ambulance Services in the forthcoming edition of the ‘Dubai International Government Achievement Exhibition’ by showcasing a wide range of services and initiatives.

The Dubai Government Excellence Program under the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai, is hosting the largest Dubai International Government Achievements Exhibition (DIGAE) 2016, under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, from 11 – 13 April 2016 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

DGEP revealed that the theme will be ‘Local Government and Global Achievements’. The fourth edition will include partnerships between the many departments within the framework of providing innovative services and service for residents and visitors. This exhibition will highlight integration among government departments to deliver quality services to customers, the public and enhance the level of happiness and satisfaction in these services in line with the vision of Dubai.

“We are participating at this show that will be held under the theme ‘Local Government and Global Achievements’. In line with this theme, Dubai Corporation Ambulance Services has achieved a rapidly increasing international reputation among modernized peer departments in the world. We anticipate that this event will offer creative and innovative services to nationals and residents as it focuses on the efficiency of the government services,” added HE Khalifa Hassan Aldrai.

“As the show aims to highlight the development of the government performance and its progress in terms of innovation and smart services, our participation will showcase our achievements in this regard at a time Dubai has become a hub for creativity in the region,” he added.

A recent global statistical study has shown that the Dubai Corporation Ambulance Services enjoys a global unique position as it offers 22 specialized ambulance services to cater to the emergency needs of the society in Dubai. 

The study pointed out that the corporation is ahead of its peers in Brisbane in Australia; New York in USA; ​​and Toronto in Canada with eight types of emergency services.

The study also said that Dubai Corporation Ambulance Services offers motorcycles ambulance for narrow streets, four wheel ambulance for off-road rescue, and specialized ambulance services for the series of events, conferences, festivals and celebrations happening in Dubai. 

DIGAE is a government initiative that aims to attract local government departments and institutions in Dubai to participate and put on display practical achievements and initiatives. This exhibition comes in line with the UAE Vision 2021 that calls for excellence at the international level. The exhibition promotes the excellence in government work in Dubai providing the best quality services to customers, institutions and individuals alike.
