Real Estate General Authority Showcases Saudi Real Estate Regulation at WUF13

The Real Estate General Authority is taking part in the 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13), organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan, from May 17 to 22, 2026, under the theme “Housing the world: Safe and resilient cities and communities.” The authority is participating as part of the Kingdom’s official delegation, headed by Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, alongside a national presence that reflects the integration of Saudi efforts to develop cities and enhance the sustainability of the real estate and housing sectors.
The participation builds on the authority’s role in developing the regulatory and legislative environment for the real estate sector and strengthening market reliability and efficiency. It also supports the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and reinforces the attractiveness of the Kingdom’s real estate sector.
At the Kingdom’s pavilion, which covers more than 1,000 square meters and brings together more than 20 national entities, the authority is showcasing key Saudi initiatives in regulating the real estate sector and developing the Real Estate Registry system. It is also taking part in panel discussions and workshops on the future of cities, urban sustainability, and innovation in the real estate sector.
