MIS wins project with HUMAIN worth over 155% of 2024 revenues

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) secured today, Dec. 23, a project to design and build a private data center dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) technologies with HUMAIN Co.

The project’s value exceeds 155% of MIS’ total revenues for 2024, including value-added tax (VAT), according to a Tadawul disclosure.

Under the project award, MIS will design and construct a private AI data center for HUMAIN.

The contract is expected to be signed on Feb. 15, 2026, with no related parties involved, the statement added.

According to Argaam's data, MIS’ 2024 revenues amounted to approximately SAR 1.21 billion, with 155% of which worth around SAR 1.88 billion.
