Honoring the First Emirati Woman to Work in the Field of Law in the GCC as the Personality of the Year 2026 during the Second Forum of the Ras Al Khaimah Mediation and Arbitration Centre

 Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the second forum for Arbitrators and Experts of Ras Al Khaimah Mediation and Arbitration Centre in presence of H. E Mohamed Ali Mosbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman, Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and H. E Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Director General, Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and officials of the Mediation and Arbitration Centre and a group of arbitrators, experts and specialists in legal, engineering and accounting fields. 

In his speech H. E Mohamed Mosbeh Al Nuaimi emphasized that this forum represents a true opportunity for collaboration and a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences. He underscored the commitment of the organizers and the team to simplify and improve the work practices and procedures of the centre, as well as their keenness to engage stakeholders in achieving excellence in the field of dispute resolution through alternative methods. He also highlighted the importance of continuing initiatives and activities aimed at achieving the highest levels of excellence, contributing to the development of the dispute resolution community through alternative methods, and meeting the diverse needs of the various sectors in the Emirate.

This edition of the forum witnessed honoring of Advisor Dr. Manar Mohamed Mal Allah Al Hamadi, the first Emirati blind woman to work in the field of law at the level of the GCC countries, as the personality of the year 2026, in recognition to her inspiring professional journey and achievements in the judicial field, in addition to honoring all of the success partners who contributed to supporting the Centre’s efforts to develop the mediation and arbitration system in the Emirate.

Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi emphasized the importance of alternative methods in the settlement of disputes, particularly mediation and arbitration, and their growing role at the present time, and the role of Ras Al Khaimah Mediation and Arbitration Centre in settlement of commercial and investment disputes. He noted that the mediation and arbitration plays a key role in attracting investment to the Emirate. 

The forum concluded by emphasizing the continued development of the center’s services and the strengthening of professional partnerships in a way that contributes to achieving effective justice and supporting the business and investment environment  in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
